Yes. If you're signed in as a user with write access, you will see buttons "Create Page", "Edit Page", and "More actions", and under more actions is "Revision History".

Ah, I found a setting which enables viewing the revision history even for people who aren't logged in. In the page footer there's now a "Revision History" link.
